a book and a boob

I love to read, but it's hard to find time to fit it in. Sometimes I just skip the housework and read all day. Before we moved I read all but 3 Nicholas Sparks books in 6 weeks. After we moved it took me two months to read one. And then I finally figured it out. The perfect time to relax and read. During feedings.

I read "The Lovely Bones" last week in anticipation of the movie. My opinion? 2 thumbs down. It was written well but I thought the story was awful. I'm very curious to see what the movie will be like.

Most people say they like to see the movie before reading the book, I'm the exact opposite. I'm so excited to see "Dear John." Nicholas Sparks is the greatest!

I have 2 more Nicholas Sparks books to read, and I think I'm going to start the Twilight series. What book are you reading?

I do miss that about my kids being babies, feeding time is the perfect time to read. I absolutely love to read too and don't get to do it enough either. I can't read Nicholas Sparks though, he always makes me cry!

I used the nursing time to read blogs! Maybe I should of better used my time to read actual books, HA!

Can't wait to see "Dear John." It looks fantastic!!

You didn't like Lovely Bones? I adored it. It was sad but I really really liked it. Can't wait for the movie. I also loved the Twilight series. The movies? Not so much. I'm reading City of Bones right now, it's good. Are you on Goodreads.com? Great place to find good books and even trade and buy books.

I read the Lovely Bones and agree with you. It was way too sad and depressing. I happened to think that a Godless heaven makes me want to stay on earth.

Anyways, they are making a Dear John movie? that was another very sad book. Nicholas even said at the beginning that he wanted to try and write a book without a happy ending for once. And he accomplished it. It was very well written (another one for par for Nicholas Sparks) but I happen to prefer to read books that make me smile instead of cry.

The Notebook was good and I just ADORED the Wedding (the sequal to the notebook)

Right now I am reading survivors stories from the Titanic. Totally random but I went to the Titanic museum in Orlando and found it really interesting!

I really like the Twilight series. I read it several years ago - in fact, there were only 2 books in the series when I first read them. I enjoyed them a lot more than I thought I would, and would definitely recommend them to you!
